How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

High-strength cast irons are widely used in mechanical engineering, construction and other industries due to their high strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. One of the promising areas for improving the properties of such cast irons is the use of boron-containing modifiers. This article discusses the features of their use in metallurgical production, the effect on the structure and mechanical properties of cast iron. In general, the results of the study indicate the high technological value of high-strength cast iron with boron-containing modifiers and its prospects for industrial use. The results show that the composition of highstrength cast iron varies significantly depending on the technologies and raw materials used, with a predominance of carbon, silicon, manganese, sulfur and phosphorus
