How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to present an analysis of the influence of environment and lifestyle on cognitive functions of students based on domestic and international data.In this work, a literature review was conducted from 2014 to 2024, the following databases were also used: PubMed, Google Scholar, e-Library. Literature review revealed that factors such as air pollution, noise, temperature illumination in classrooms can reduce concentration, cause fatigue and negatively affect cognitive ability. Quality per level of physical activity was found to be closely related to cognitive performance such as memory, attention, etc.Cognitive functions of students are formed under the influence of many factors, many of which can be controlled by correction. Among them are sleep patterns, nutrition, level of physical activity, stress and bad habits. In addition, an important role is played by the conditions of the educational environment: lighting, ventilation, noise level, and seasonal changes. In order to increase learning productivity and maintain mental health of students it is necessary to take into account these aspects when planning the educational process and shaping the university environment. Keywords:students, cognitive functions, environment, lifestyle, stress, nutrition, sleep, medical education.
