Abstract
The paper devotes to theoretical description of the flow of a concentrated suspension film, considering the effect of the concentration of the dispersed phase on the viscosity of the suspension and the slip coefficient near a solid support surface. Scientific novelty and contribution of the paper lies in that a mathematical model has been constructed, and it is established that the novel model allows one to describe the occurrence of a nonlinear-wave film flow and to identify the main control parameters necessary for the possibility of regulating the intensity of mass transfer processes when flow conditions change. The results of the work can be used in the calculation and design of devices in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
