How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article publishes for the first time the results of the metallographic study of the Issyk-type iron dagger found in Jetisu. The dagger is dated to the period of the second half of the 6th— first half of the 5thcentury BCE. The total length of the product, the surface of which is subjected to severe corrosion, is 309 mm. By the cross-section of the handle, the change in hardness on the Vickers scale is within the range from 88 to 178 HV10. The analysis showed that the dagger was made by the bloomery method. At the same time, the heat treatment mode used in its manufacture made it possible to obtain low-carbon steel.
