How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, especially its student part, is quite mobile and, in addition to direct trips for undergraduate studies, trips under university mobility programs, many of the bachelors enter master's programs in Russia. These are already quite adult people who need housing more comfortable than a standard hostel. At the same time, recent political and economic events in the Russian Federation have led to an influx of citizens of this country as potential buyers into the residential real estate market of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The article discusses indicators of housing affordability, indicators of the availability of sources of financing for housing purchases. The study used the methods of selection, systematization of statistical data, as well as methods of comparative analysis of data on the global real estate market and the markets of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan. The terms of mortgage lending are considered by the authors from the point of view of a certain category of borrowers, namely foreign citizens. The main studies were carried out according to the reporting data of two leading banks of these countries – JSC «Otbasy Bank» in the Republic of Kazakhstan and PJSC «Sberbank of Russia»
