How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Currently, Kazakhstan remains relatively unknown in terms of international tourist destinations. Studies have shown that tourism stands out as one of the most competitive fields among the prioritized non-commodity export sectors for building a strong industrial foundation to enhance competitive-ness and diversify the economy. Tourism is becoming a profitable sector of the economy that does not require significant economic expenditures, and medical tourism is the most promis-ing industry. Regrettably, investors have only recently started to pay special attention to this economic sector. The insufficient competition in this area currently affects the quality and cost of tourist services. Undoubtedly, the low level of professionalism in this field of service is keenly felt. The promotion of Kazakhstani medical tourism will be helped by the crea-tion of a certification center that will allow foreign tourists to decide on the country's clinics that meet international standards.
