How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article deals with the experimental operation of the “Health Passport” software system, including the assessment of its efficiency and stability, identification of problems at the stage of experimental operation and their elimination to optimize the diagnosis of clinical and hematological syndromes. The study includes theoretical justification of the experimental operation of the software, development of testing methods, analysis of the identified problems and evaluation of the effectiveness of the system. The practical study of the software system operation is described, including the organization of the testing process, analysis of the identified problems and their classification, evaluation of the system stability and efficiency, as well as proposals for adjusting and improving the software on the basis of the results obtained. Achievements of the set goals are analyzed and recommendations for further development of the complex are offered. The results of the work have scientific and practical significance, since they contribute to the improvement of medical information systems, increase the accuracy of disease diagnosis and improve patient access to personalized medical information.
