Abstract
%: 82,0 Cu, 0,27 Pb, 1,49 Zn, 0,19 As, 0,72 Fe, 0,03 Re, 3,43 О2, 11,89 прочие. 93%. The complex technology of separate processing of fine dust developed in the work includes preliminary firing of dust with the removal of arsenic from the technological scheme with the further application of a hydrometallurgical scheme for the extraction of copper and rhenium: sulfuric acid leaching of cinder with sulfuric acid, cementation isolation of copper with iron and extraction of rhenium from solution. Comprehensive analytical studies of intermediate and final products were performed using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry and X-ray phase analysis. The compositions of liquid solutions were determined using a chemical analysis method. The rhenium content in the initial solutions and extraction products was determined by colorimetric and chemical analysis methods. This ensured step-by-step quality control of the products obtained during the implementation of the technological cycle of processing. As a result of laboratory studies, optimal parameters of copper cementation were established: temperature – 333 K (60 ° C), T: W = 1.5, process time – 60 min, at which powdered cementation copper of the composition was obtained, wt. %: 82.0 Cu, 0.27 Pb, 1.49 Zn, 0.19 As, 0.72 Fe was obtained., 0.03 Re, 3.43 O2, 11.89 others. The extraction of copper into a commercial product was ~98%. New data have been obtained on the extraction of rhenium from sulfuric acid solutions of the cementation process using an extractant, wt. %: 10 trialkylamine, 80 kerosene, 10 di – 2-ethylhexanol. Based on the selected components, it is possible to select the composition of the extractant for the extraction process of various types and compositions of dust. Commercial ammonium perrenate with a rhenium content of 69.17%, corresponding to the brand AR-0, was obtained. The end-to-end extraction of rhenium into ammonium perrhenate was 93%.
