Abstract
Abstract. In our research we would like to research the local government in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the peculiarities of the management by the human achievements. The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on local government and self-government is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and consists of this Law and other normative-legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Local self-government shall be carried out separately within region, district, city, district in the city, rural district, rural settlement and village, not included as the composition of rural district. Local self-government shall be carried out directly by the members of local community, as well as through maslikhats and other bodies of local self-government. Akim of the region, district, city, district in the city, rural district, rural settlement and village, not included as the composition of rural district, in addition to the functions of government shall carry out the functions of local self-government bodies. The form of the activity of the local community shall be the gathering of local community and meeting of local community. Constitution of our country has fixed the general principles and directions of public administration reform in the country, including local government functions and powers.
