How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Abstract: The beginning of the emergence of the institute of insurance in Kazakhstan coincides with the time of the acquisition of independence by our state. Formation of the insurance market took place in the conditions of the economically transitional period. Such macroeconomic phenomena as recession of production, insolvency of enterprises, inflation, unemployment, bankruptcy of unprofitable enterprises directly influenced its condition. In the early 90's nascent insurance companies had no experience, no solid financial resources, which led to the natural collapse of most insurers, at the same time the withdrawal of these insurance companies, generated a wave of distrust, aversion to insurance as such among the majority of the population of the country. The failures of insurance companies were explained not so much by the lack of experience, as by the financial instability of the state itself. The legislation of Kazakhstan for twenty-five years of development has undergone significant changes and developments. The basic insurance regulations have changed several times. These were separate laws, new rules on insurance contract in Special part of Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 1999, formation of modern legislation on insurance. The current Law on insurance, laws on certain types of insurance are gradually acquiring jurisprudence. This is not surprising as insurance disputes are complex and diverse.
