How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article aim is to develop architecture of information management system for failures prevention of transmission lines. It will provide a solution to major issue in the reliability and efficiency areas of electrical grid operation imposed by Kazakhstan’s climatic conditions and technical features on electrical grid functioning. In order to achieve this goal it is necessary to investigate failure cases of transmission lines and to develop an architecture of information management system. The subject of study is monitoring and prevention of ice shedding and currents leakage cases of high voltage transmission lines. The applied importance of research results lies in the implementation of the information management system, which will increase reliability and decrease failures for power transmission, and also increase prediction accuracy for failures by means of neural network
