How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the regulatory framework in the field of regulation of emergencies, civil defense, occupational safety and health, industrial safety at chemically hazardous sites of industrial enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan and countries that have achieved significant success in the development of regulatory legal acts in this area and their implementation. The best practices of international organizations and leading countries in the field of industrial safety are considered. This indicates the need to improve the occupational health and industrial safety management system through more active implementation of preventive measures, in particular, risk management. In the case of chemically hazardous sites, occupational risk is caused by the physico-chemical and toxicological properties of hazardous chemicals, their quantity, the technological equipment operated and the actions of personnel
