How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article provides data on the identification of optimal dose concentrations of the drug "Percatmol" and its effect on the body of chickens. To determine the harmlessness of the drug "Percatmol", hematological and biochemical blood parameters of the experimental and control groups were studied. A study of the toxicity of the drug revealed that it did not exhibit mutagenic activity. Monitoring of the clinical condition of chickens during aerosol spraying of the drug "Percatmol" in 0,5; 1; 1,5; 2; 3-%-it showed that inhaled aerosol in 0.5-1.5% concentrations for one hour does not cause significant deviations in the general condition of the body and pathological changes in the upper respiratory tract, lungs and parenchymal organs of the killed chicken. Alongwith studying the effect of Percatmol aerosol in laboratory conditions on the clinical condition of chickens, blood tests were conducted. The results showed that the use of Percatmol in 1% concentration for aerosol disinfection in the presence of chickensdoes not adversely affect the morphological and biochemical composition of blood, and the level of natural resistance of the avian body is characterized by higher indicators. Which implies the use of this drug for the development of intensive poultry farming
