How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

In this article, describes theresearch work carried out to determine the amount of nuclear protein in the sperm of breeding rams on a farm. During the special research work, the activity of sperm in the semen of a breeding male animal and its qualitative dynamics were determined. In addition, the relevance of molecular genetic methods in determining the quality of gametes of rams will be discussed in this research work.Currently, the development of breeding sheep husbandry remains an important and relevant topic. For this purpose, it is crucial to employ accurate and reliable methods for assessing ram fertility to improve herd productivity and health. Traditional methods rely on classical approaches such as visual and microscopic sperm evaluation. However, these methods have limited capability for detecting underlying pathologies. In this context, the application of molecular genetic methods as an indirect way to study sperm's functional state is becoming increasingly important in agriculture. In our research, we utilized the aniline blue staining method (aniline blue staining) to determine the protamine and histone content in the nuclear proteins of ram sperm. We microscopically examined the histone quantity in sperm nuclei from ejaculate samples collected from rams. During this study, we performed microscopic counting of stained sperm cells in the samples
