How this score is calculated

Осы зерттеу «Думан», «Никола» және «Ишимский» сұлы сорттарының және сұлы сусындарының микробиологиялық сапасын бағалауға бағытталған. Талдау зертханалық жағдайда, нормативтік құжаттармен бекітілген стандартты әдістерді қолдана отырып жүргізілді. Жұмыс аясында өнімнің санитарлық-гигиеналық жай-күйін сипаттайтын негізгі микробиологиялық көрсеткіштер зерттелді.
