How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to put forward and substantiate a scientific hypothesis on the need to introduce artificial intelligence technologies in the automation of the competitive selection of judges and the formation of a personnel reserve. The tasks to be solved are aimed at studying and analyzing the theoretical, legal and practical aspects of automating the competitive selection of judges and forming a personnel reserve using artificial intelligence technologies. The methodology includes a method of system analysis of the process of selecting judges and forming a personnel reserve, combined with logical-legal and theoretical-legal analysis of the automation of these processes based on artificial intelligence. The forecasting method allows us to identify promising areas of application of artificial intelligence technologies in the development of automation of the competitive selection of judges and the formation of a personnel reserve. The comparative method made it possible to study foreign experience and put forward directions for its extrapolation. The process of selecting candidates for the position of judge and forming a personnel reserve is the most important indicator of the independence and transparency of the judiciary. Minimizing subjective factors in this process allows us to objectify the selection of candidates, reduce financial costs, and reduce the workload of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The theoretical and practical significance of the study lies in forecasting the possibilities of automating the selection of judicial personnel and forming a personnel reserve based on artificial intelligence technologies. The main conclusion is that the automation of the competitive selection of candidates for the position of judge and the formation of a personnel reserve using artificial intelligence are the realities of the near future that must be scientifically substantiated.
