How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article presents a comprehensive analysis of equipment used in drilling gas wells with nitrogen, focusing on its advantages, operational features, and prospects for implementation in Kazakhstan. Nitrogen technology is considered a modern and promising method that can significantly improve the efficiency and safety of drilling operations. It provides higher penetration rates, reduces the risks of borehole collapses and stuck pipe incidents, minimizes damage to the productive reservoir, and lowers costs by reducing the need for heavy equipment, personnel, and intermediate cementing. A comparative evaluation of different nitrogen complex configurations was carried out, including monoblock units on heavy MZKT chassis and mobile systems based on KamAZ vehicles and PZGT trailers. The analysis of key operational parameters demonstrated the clear advantages of mobile complexes, which are better adapted to the geological and logistical conditions of the fields. Special attention is given to safety when working with cryogenic media and high pressure, as well as to environmental aspects. The results confirm the effectiveness of nitrogen application and open new prospects for the development of Kazakhstan’s oil and gas industry, enhancing its sustainability and competitiveness.
