How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The study presents the development and investigation of a new technology for the production of three-layer exterior panels with a thermal insulation layer of highly porous polystyrene concrete. As a result of the research, it was found that the existing technology requires more manual labor compared to the proposed one, for example, the installation of connections, the laying of polystyrene plates, and the sealing of joints between the plates. The proposed technology will reduce the production time of each panel by 20 minutes, which increases the productivity of the production line and reduces the labor intensity of manufacturing the product. The thermal insulation layer of polystyrene concrete is non-flammable, while polystyrene plates are combustible materials. The air-entraining additive, combined with steam curing, allows for an increase in porosity up to 4.5% without reducing strength. Experimental studies in laboratory conditions revealed that the use of a plasticizer can reduce the amount of mixing water by more than 10%.
