How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of an algorithm for identifying hidden periodicities. The proposed algorithm is implemented in Python and applied to calculate geophysical and hydrological parameters characterizing the climate in a given region. The effectiveness of the algorithm proposed by the authors is demonstrated by calculating the period of solar activity using Wolf numbers and identifying the characteristics of a specific person's voice. The developed algorithm for identifying hidden periodicities is based on solving a number of optimization problems, is universal and can be quickly adapted to various applications. The article presents the results of numerical calculations and assesses the future prospects for the development of such systems. The algorithms presented in the work can be applied to identify hidden periodicities of various physical, chemical and economic processes.
