How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Objectives: The purpose of the study is to create a planetary mechanism that has the property of force adaptation to a variable external load. Theoretical Framework: This topic presents new concepts of a kinematic chain with two degrees of freedom. A two-movable chain acquires definiteness of movement and force adaptation when a single force coupling is added. The previously published asymmetric planetary mechanism was theoretically based on the velocity coincidence center (VCC), which provides definability of motion using an additional kinematic coupling. However, this connection turns out to be redundant and does not ensure the definability of movement. Method: The adopted methodology contains a VCC with an approximate match of link velocities creating two parallel kinematic chains with close transfer ratios. Instead of one output link, two output links are used, rotating at a low relative speed. The addition of a frictional force coupling between the output links will result in definable movement with low frictional power loss. Confirmation is performed by the simplest dependencies of force interaction. Results and Discussion: The obtained results are revealed: an effective definable self-regulating asymmetric planetary mechanism with two degrees of freedom and an additional effective force coupling has been developed. Research Implications: These results are contextualized by the theoretical definition of the mechanism's efficiency. Value: The research value of the developed theory lies in the creation of an effective workable two-movable chain, used in practice as a self-regulating continuously variable gearbox. Originality: The originality of the article lies in the use of an asymmetric planetary mechanism to create a stepless transmission that implements the effect of force adaptation.
