How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This work presents a digital density and viscosity sensor system (DVP) designed for highprecision real-time measurement of drilling fluid parameters. The technology plays a key role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of drilling operations due to its high sensitivity to changes in the properties of the environment and its resistance to flow rate fluctuations. This enables timely response to potential complications such as gas kicks, losses, clay swelling, and borehole instability, thereby minimizing the risks of accidents, reduced drilling rates, and equipment failure. The DVP system demonstrates stable and reliable performance under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, where traditional methods of fluid parameter monitoring lose accuracy and reliability. Industrial trial results confirm that the implementation of this technology contributes to reducing drilling equipment downtime and enhances the reliability of hydrodynamic process monitoring and control. The system enables the acquisition of accurate real-time data, significantly improving technical decision-making processes. Integration of the DVP system with automated well control systems allows for trend analysis, predictive modeling, and remote monitoring of well conditions. This creates the foundation for more accurate management of drilling fluid properties and optimization of technological processes. The system is particularly effective in deepwater and offshore field development, where the cost of er-rors and downtime is especially high. The use of DVP contributes to reducing operational costs, increasing productivity, improving environmental performance, and promoting the sustainable de-velopment of hydrocarbon extraction.
