How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

An innovative approach has been developed to predict prospective areas for the exploration of rollfront uranium deposits. This method is based on the infiltration model of ore formation and incorporates the advanced exploration practices of roll-front uranium deposits in Kazakhstan, compared with global experience. The approach employs publicly available satellite Earth observation data alongside global geological datasets. Applying this methodology has allowed the identification of prospective areas for roll-front uranium ore exploration and provided a brief characterization of the most significant ones. Special attention is given to large depressions conducive to infiltration conditions, ranging from regions of atmospheric water recharge in arid and semi-arid climates to sedimentary areas under reverse climatic conditions with favorable environments for the formation of reductive geochemical zones. These zones are characterized by active sulfatereduction processes mediated by microorganisms and the generation of hydrogen sulfide fluids.
