How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article examines the concept and features of the new academic culture of the university in the context of modern changes in the educational environment. Academic culture is a set of norms, values, traditions, standards of behavior and interaction in the educational process, contributing to the creation of a distinctive educational environment. In the context of globalization, digitalization of education and social changes, universities are forced to adapt their academic culture in order to effectively integrate innovative approaches, new technologies and teaching methods. The study highlights the key components of the new academic culture: openness and accessibility of educational resources, the development of critical and creative thinking of students, support for scientific and research activities, as well as the introduction of flexible forms of learning. The emphasis is on the importance of students developing independent learning skills, actively participating in scientific research and working together with teachers and peers. The article also highlights the role of universities in educating future specialists who are able to work effectively in a rapidly changing world where not only knowledge is important, but also the ability to adapt to new challenges, work in a team, and participate in international scientific and cultural life. Special attention is paid to the role of the university environment as a space for the development of personal and professional competencies of students. Thus, the new academic culture of the university is a system oriented toward innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, serving as a foundation for shaping the future of society through educational and scientific advancement.
