How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Professional self-realization of university graduates and young professionals is currently one of the most relevant topics that not only psychology, but also many other areas of social sciences are considering, but this topic has not become less relevant or more studied. This article discusses the possibilities of the coaching approach for the implementation of professional self-realization in online and offline formats. The presented data were obtained during the study participants' survey on awareness of the coaching approach, its impact, job opportunities, its application in professional self-realization, and the "Judgments of personal self-realization" test to identify complex aspects in the professional self-realization of graduates and young professionals. At the same time, basic coaching methods have been conducted, in online and offline formats, based on a developed platform for university graduates and young professionals, developing goal-setting skills and analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of a personality. In the course of the work, it was found out that even minimal attention with the help of leading questions and "basic" methods of the coaching approach in working with professional goals and opportunities for self-realization, such as the "Wheel of Life Balance" and "GROW" help in developing an understanding of one's personal capabilities, setting professional goals, and achieving goals at the initial stage of work on professions, this increases personal interest in professional activity and gives an idea of precise actions in professional self-realization and the development of personal and professional qualities for professional growth and development.
