How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article discusses pedagogical approaches and psychological mechanisms that promote the development of a stable interest among students in physical education. It highlights the role of motivation, individual approaches, and variety of activities as key factors in effectively engaging youth in wellness practices. The authors emphasize the importance of creating a favorable educational environment where physical education is seen not as a compulsory subject, but as a tool for personal development, health enhancement, stress resilience, and social engagement. Special attention is paid to the development of programs aimed at increasing students’ awareness of a healthy lifestyle, as well as methods that reinforce a positive perception of physical activity through game-based, interactive, and competitive formats. The article concludes that a comprehensive and systematic approach to fostering interest in physical education is a necessary element of the modern higher education model.
