How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Agricultural cooperatives are a traditional and mass form of production organization in the world. In Kazakhstan, despite significant government support, the pace of development of agricultural cooperation is slow. This article examines the factors influencing the organizational and managerial mechanisms for the development of agricultural cooperatives, and analyzes the dynamics of their development. The factors are ranked according to the urgency-priority impact matrix. The factors with the highest priority are financial and economic support for the conditions for the development of agricultural cooperatives, financial relations between members; government support and regulation; natural, climatic and geographical conditions, promotion and availability of sales markets, the ratio of prices and costs, and import dependence of cooperatives. The article presents the experience of developing agricultural cooperation in developed foreign countries, which allows us to offer recommendations for improving support programs for agricultural cooperatives in Kazakhstan. Keywords: agricultural cooperatives, foreign experience, factors, matrix, organizational and management mechanisms
