How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Abstract

Кіріспе: Жоғарғы жақтың тарылуы жасөспірімдер мен ересектерде жиі кездесетін ортодонтиялық мәселе болып табылады. Мақсат: MSE аппараты арқылы скелеттік кеңейтудің тиімділігін және дәстүрлі әдістермен салыстыруды бағалау. Материалдар мен әдістер: Зерттеуге 15–30 жас аралығындағы 30 пациент қатысты. Емдеу алдында және кейін CBCT, фотометриялық және клиникалық талдаулар жүргізілді. Нәтижелер: Жоғарғы жақ ені орта есеппен 4,8 мм-ге ұлғайды. Симметриялық таңдай жігінің ашылуы 83%-да байқалды. Жанама әсерлер минималды болды. Қорытынды: MSE аппараты ересектерде тиімді әрі қауіпсіз әдіс ретінде ұсынылады және хирургиялық араласуды болдырмауға мүмкіндік береді.
