How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The deer antler extract is a biologically active supplement with potential benefits for human health, but its role in cancer therapy remains controversial and not well-investigated. This study aimed to analyze the deer antler extract's importance for cell engineering application involving immortalized cell lines from human tissues. The characteristics of the deer antler extract were measured with transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and agarose gel electrophoresis, while cells were observed by a live-cell imaging system. Antler extract from Kazakhstan deer showed potent negative charged characteristics and enhanced cell spreading, with cell recovery ability upon cell dehydration stress. Thus antler extract showed significant function in promoting rehabilitation upon cell dehydration stress. This can be applied in healthy cell manipulation or tissue engineering.
