How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, the study of human political-cultural being has become one of the most relevant issues of today. Digital technologies radically change communication methods, ways of perceiving and distributing information, while also deeply influencing political and cultural processes. These changes expand human cognitive capabilities and open the way for the formation of new political and cultural values. However, despite the emergence of new forms of political engagement and cultural creativity in the digital space, these processes raise complex issues such as data objectivity, fragmentation of the information space, and digital ethics. This article provides a philosophical analysis of human political-cultural being in the context of digital transformation and explores the role and significance of these processes in contemporary society.
