How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The problem of processing texts in natural language is one of the most pressing problems in the information space of recent decades. Simple tasks do not require the computer to understand text content. For semantic communication systems or conversational programs, we need to define the meaning of phraseology. The technical documents used are translated from other languages or are often copies of words from other languages. Therefore, the role of digital translation research in the field of information retrieval, analysis and processing in the text problem is enormous. Currently, the number of programs for using computers is increasing. Among them there are a sufficient number of programs that study the structure of the language, etc. Therefore, it is important to study the structure and morphology of words and sentences of the Kazakh language, semantics.
