How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article emphasizes the need to adapt international methods for diagnosing the probability of bankruptcy, taking into account the specifics of the Kazakh economy. An important step in this direction was the introduction of the "Rules for calculating coefficients and determining the boundaries of financial stability classes" developed by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. These rules play a key role in assessing the financial stability of debtors and minimizing risks for investors and creditors. However, an analysis of their structure and content showed that they do not fully correspond to the peculiarities of the Kazakh market and business environment, which requires improvement and adaptation. The implementation of such instruments can significantly increase the financial stability of organizations in Kazakhstan, but for this it is necessary to take into account the unique economic conditions and peculiarities of doing business in the country. Thus, the development of proprietary methodologies based on international standards is a strategically important step to improve financial stability.
