How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Automation of seaports is a necessary action to ensure stable high growth in international shipping volumes and increase competitive and price pressure in the business of shipping companies. The article provides a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of the automated Container Terminal Management System (CTMS), designed to use information technology in the management of marine container terminals. It has been established that the CTMS automated control system, in comparison with the automated container site management system (ACS MS), has a number of advantages in optimizing the movement of container flows at the terminal by optimizing port warehouse logistics and organizing effective controlling of container terminal transport processes. The possibilities of a significant increase in the speed and accuracy of container cargo handling using CTMS have been identified. The main directions of effective functioning of CTMS are defined, taking into account the fact that all operations controlled by it are carried out using mobile data collection terminals. Their use when performing operations in a warehouse allows you to reduce the number of errors, the time of operations, and provides the opportunity to obtain accurate information in real time.
