How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

An initial screening of bacteria isolated from saline soils of pastures in the Ili district of the Almaty region of Kazakhstan was carried out. As a result, two strains of salt-tolerant nitrogen-fixing bacteria were selected that showed the highest results. The strains were identified using classical microbiological and molecular genetic methods and it was established that the strains belong to the genus Azotobacter, species Azotobacter chroococcum. The high stimulating effect of bacteria on the growth, development and productivity of cereal grasses growing on saline pastures has been shown. Thus, the use of salt-tolerant nitrogen-fixing bacteria helps plants to resist salt stress and their use has great potential for maintaining the growth and development of plants on saline soils.
