How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The author of the article examines the use of digital technologies in the field of labor relations. It is noted that the digital economy presupposes the need to implement new technologies in labor relations and that the digitalization process has its own, both positive and negative aspects. Digitalization of labor relations allows the state to understand and predict which professions are more in demand today; the requirements for the qualifications of workers in the era of global digitalization are increasing. New mobile and flexible work functions are appearing on the market instead of traditional professions and positions, there is a likelihood of a decrease in the importance of humans in many processes and the likely disappearance in the future of entire professions that will be better handled by robots. The concept and mechanism for implementing the unified system of accounting for employment contracts is given. Attention is also drawn to electronic employment contracts as an additional option to the traditional form of an employment contract concluded in writing and information is provided regarding work with employment contracts, which is maintained through the website www.enbek.kz “Electronic Labor Exchange”
