How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article deals with the activities and procedure for implementing digitalization of production, within the framework of Industry 4.0, which implies increasing automation and intellectualization of all industrial production processes: from digital design of a product, creation of its digital copy, predictive maintenance in real time, automated component supply system to individualized approach in working with customers. Modern concepts of product quality are based on the principle of absolute satisfaction of customer recommendations. This is achieved by the introduction of automated process control and monitoring systems. The scientific novelty lies in the implementation of real-time systems that can analyze data and detect defects in real time, providing rapid response and minimizing scrap. The presence of surface defects is characteristic of hot rolling mill production. This article discusses the Isra Parsytec system for automatic inspection and identification of surface defects. Isra Parsytec systems are designed based on an IT architecture ready for use in the emerging Industrie 4.0 environment. Thanks to ISRA's modular hardware platform, the technical equipment can be easily scaled and customized for specific tasks in production. ISRA is utilizing a full range of technical solutions to ensure that machine vision systems comply with Industrie 4.0 and prepare for the opportunities offered by image processing in digital and networked manufacturing. The considered activities are carried out at the hot rolling mill, which are aimed at improving the quality of manufactured products within the framework of the 4th industrial revolution. Implementation of this system can realize the receipt of quality products and increase production performance. Data on surface defects can improve the technology of sheet production.
