How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This article provides a comparative analysis of joint-stock companies (JSC) and non-commercial joint-stock companies (NCJSC) in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The study analyzes the features of legal regulation of the creation, management and functioning of JSC and NJSC based on the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Particular attention is paid to the contradictions between the norms of legislation and their practical application during the reorganization of a joint-stock company into a non-commercial joint-stock company and the re-registration of these organizations. Particular attention is paid to identifying inconsistencies in regulatory legal acts identified in the process of implementing these procedures, as well as their impact on law enforcement practice.
