How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

In the presented abstract of the article, the author examined the Astana International Financial Center (AIFC), the main article was published by the European Academy of Sciences and Research in Proceedings and is available at the link. Drawing attention to the fact that on the territory of the AIFC, Kazakh legislation is practically not in effect, and the jurisdiction of the authorities and courts of Kazakhstan does not extend to the territory of the AIFC, the author, like other Kazakh researchers, believes that there is a high probability of various risks that the functioning of the AIFC creates for Kazakhstan and for all participants in private law relations. And therefore he considers it important to make a political and legal decision regarding the future of the AIFC.
