How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article is about the investigation of criminal cases within the framework of the procedural agreement. The authors pay attention to the concept of the institution of a procedural agreement and consider the order of its conclusion. Separate articles of the Criminal Procedure Code are analyzed and it is noted that the changes are primarily aimed at protecting the interests of the victim, and then the criminal. Subjects who can take the initiative when concluding a procedural agreement are considered. The authors note that the KPK RK significantly expanded the procedural rights of lawyers, and note that some scholars and practitioners, mainly from law enforcement agencies, were against the adoption of such innovations, including the granting of broad rights to lawyers.
