How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This article considers the main characteristics and problems of the principle of a reasonable time frame for the consideration of a case in legal proceedings. An important aspect of the issue is that the definition of a reasonable period of trial implies the establishment of a more effective and strong mechanism for protecting the rights of citizens and legal entities in the legal approach of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The civil procedure legislation of Kazakhstan, unlike the provisions of the criminal procedure law, does not contain the concept of «reasonable time». In this regard, one of the main goals of the article is to consider the characterstics and importance of the principle of a reasonable time frame for the consideration of a case in the context of civil proceedings of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
