Abstract
Мақалада Шығыс Қазақстан облысының туризм саласындағы инновациялық әлеуеті бағаланады. Инновациялық әлеует кез келген экономикалық жүйенің бәсекеге қабілеттілігін қамтамасыз етуші фактор ретінде маңызды. Бүгінгі таңда туризм саласы әлемдік деңгейде дамытуға мүдделі мемлекеттің басым бағыттарының біріне айналды. Зерттеу барысында Шығыс Қазақстан облысындағы туризм саласындағы инновациялық әлеуетті бағалау үшін туризм тақырыбына қатысты ақпараттар зерделеніп, соның негізінде облыстың инновациялық әлеуеті бойынша тұжырымдар жасалды. Бұл үдерісті талдау үшін әртүрлі әдістер қолданылды, оның ішінде: абстрактілі-логикалық әдіс, жалпылау, талдау және салыстыру әдістері, зерттеудің экономикалық және статистикалық әдістер бар. The article evaluates the innovative potential of the East Kazakhstan region in the field of tourism. Innovation potential is important as a factor in ensuring the competitiveness of any economic system. Today, the tourism sector has become one of the priorities of the state, which is interested in global development. During the study, information on the topic of tourism was studied to assess the innovative potential in the field of tourism in the East Kazakhstan region, on the basis of which conclusions were drawn on the innovative potential of the region. Various methods were used to analyze this process, including: abstract-logical method, methods of generalization, analysis and comparison, economic and statistical research methods. In addition, the assessment of innovation potential was based on five main indicators. These are: scientific and educational, human resources, investment, institutional and national wealth. The unique nature of the East Kazakhstan region allows the development of many types of tourism in this region. According to statistics, every year there is an increase in all indicators of the tourism sector in the region. But, based on the results obtained, it can be noted that the basic needs for maintenance, infrastructure, and so on have yet to be improved in the region. In this regard, at the end of the article, recommendations were made aimed at increasing the level of innovative potential of the East Kazakhstan region in the field of tourism.
