Abstract
Бұл мақалада өңірдің ауыл шаруашылығын технологиялық жаңғыртуға арналған инновациялық тетіктер қарастырылады. Авторлар ауыл шаруашылығында экономикалық және технологиялық тетіктерді тиімді біріктіру арқылы саланың бәсекеге қабілеттілігін арттыру және тұрақты дамуын қамтамасыз ету қажеттігін атап көрсетеді. Технологиялық жаңғырту агроөнеркәсіптік кешеннің өнімділігін арттыруға, шығындарды қысқартуға және қоршаған ортаға әсерін азайтуға бағытталғаны дәлелденеді. Экономикалық тетіктер инновацияларды енгізуге қолайлы жағдай жасап, инвестиция тартуға мүмкіндік беретіні көрсетілген. Мақалада Қарағанды облысының ауыл шаруашылығы саласындағы негізгі экономикалық көрсеткіштерінің динамикасы негізінде ауыл шаруашылығы өнімдерінің жалпы шығарылымын соңғы он жыл бойынша талдау жасалынған . Мақалада зерттеу әдістемесі ретінде өңірлік деңгейдегі статистикалық деректер мен заманауи экономикалық талдау әдістері қолданылған. Қолда бар мәліметтер негізінде өңірлік ауыл шаруашылығының қазіргі жағдайы, шығындар құрылымы, өнімділік көрсеткіштері мен инвестициялар талданды. Сонымен қатар, жасанды интеллект, цифрлық экономика және "ақылды ферма" технологияларын пайдалану арқылы ауыл шаруашылығы өндірісін тиімді ұйымдастыру жолдары қарастырылған. Мақалада авторлар мемлекетімізде жасалып жатқан бастамаларды қолдап, өңірдің аграрлық саясатын жетілдіруде ғылыми негізделген ұсыныстар береді. This article discusses innovative mechanisms for technological modernization of Agriculture in the region. The authors emphasize the need to increase the competitiveness and ensure sustainable development of the industry by effectively combining economic and technological mechanisms in agriculture. It is proved that technological modernization is aimed at increasing the productivity of the agro-industrial complex, reducing costs and reducing the impact on the environment. It is shown that economic mechanisms create favorable conditions for the introduction of innovations and attract investment. The article analyzes the gross output of agricultural products for the last ten years based on the dynamics of the main economic indicators of the Karaganda region in the field of Agriculture . The article uses statistical data at the regional level and modern methods of economic analysis as a research methodology. Based on the available data, the current state of regional agriculture, cost structure, productivity indicators and investments were analyzed. In addition, ways of effective organization of agricultural production through the use of artificial intelligence, digital economy and "smart farm" technologies are considered. In the article, the authors support the initiatives being developed in our state and give scientifically sound recommendations for improving the agricultural policy of the region. The results of the study show that through technological modernization of agriculture, it is possible to improve the quality of products, support the socio-economic development of the region and increase the standard of living of rural residents.
