Abstract

The article is devoted to formation of a new active approach to forensic expertise and legal regulation, formation of the competitive environment inside and outside of forensic expert's community which contributes to the implementation of the principle of competitiveness and equality of parties in criminal proceedings. The changes of criminal procedural law in relation to fixing of independent procedural rights of defense lawyer and defense lawyer, representative of the victim in receiving the conclusion of expert by the inquiry are analyzed.
