How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to develop a scientifically based accurate calculation method based on the theory and methodology of labor potential assessment. Methodology basis. Systematic and comparative analysis, structural-logical method and survey. It should be noted that, in the specific example of the object of research, economic-mathematical modeling by monitoring and evaluating individual indicators that reveal the meaning of the efficiency of the use of labor potential, and survey methods that help to obtain first-order information became the basis for making systematic decisions. Originality / value is connected with the possibility of methodical methods of assessment and formation of labor potential. This is explained by the ability to assess the effectiveness of the use of the labor potential of the enterprise's employees during the implementation of personnel control and optimization programs of enterprises in all forms of ownership. Findings. During the development of the article, the authors not only formed the term concept of labor potential, but also developed a methodology for calculating the integral indicator of the enterprise's labor potential. Therefore, in order to solve the mentioned problem, systematic ways by combining quantitative and qualitative methods with potential components and economic efficiency have achieved reasonable results.
