How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article discusses the concept of assignment. The author draws attention to the historical prerequisites for the formation of the modern concept. This article attempts to examine the application of the term “cession” to various legal concepts over the past two thousand years. The author notes that today many researchers of the assignment of the right of claim consider the historical aspects of the formation of this concept in Roman law. However, the issue of introducing the concept of cessio bonorum into Roman law remains beyond the scope of many studies. Roman law influenced the formation of civil legislation in many countries, and the law of obligations reached its greatest development among the Romans. And modern civil law allows for assignment in various legal structures.
