Abstract

The article describes the history of the development of the Kyzylorda regional TV chan-nel in 1991-2024. The first TV channel in the Aral Sea region was born in the first years of sovereignty. From this point of view, it is important to study the historical experience of the formation of the regional TV channel, which began its activities on April 30, 1991. Therefore, conducting analytical studies of the stages of creation, personnel and creative potential and program features of the regional TV channel is relevant for domestic historians. An urgent problem is the assessment of the socio-political and eco-nomic development of the region by studying the activities of the Kyzylorda TV channel to strengthen the spiritual and political foundations of sovereignty. The purpose of the study is to systematize and analyze the historical stages of the development of the Kyzylorda regional TV channel from 1991 to the present day. To this end, the tasks were set to reflect the stages of development of the TV channel, the strengthening of the material, technical and personnel potential, its services in promoting the political and economic development of the region. The study was carried out on the basis of systematization and analysis of the history of the Kyzylorda regional TV channel, archival data and Periodical Press data, Memoirs of specialists. The research meth-odology is based on objectivity, historicity, consistency, comparative historical methods. The history of the formation and development of the Kyzylorda regional TV channel from 1991 to 2024 was systematized for the first time on the basis of press materials and relevant literature and documents. Conclusion. Currently, there is not a single scientific work that specifically studied the history of the Kyzylorda regional TV channel. Most of the data published in the study were introduced into scientific circulation for the first time.
