How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

In the present investigation, we conduct a comprehensive numericalsimulation to explore the complexities of heat and mass transfer phenomena duringthe vacuum drying process. Specifically, our focus is on the critical third phase ofvacuum drying, which incorporates the heating process. To accurately model thesephenomena, we employed a sophisticated three-dimensional heat equation, formu-lated in cylindrical coordinates, that captures the nuanced dynamics of the system.Furthermore, to ensure the reliability and validity of our model, a rigorous stabilityand accuracy analysis was performed on the finite difference equations utilized inthe simulation. The outcomes of this simulation were then meticulously visualized, offering intuitive insights into the heat and mass transfer mechanisms at play duringthe vacuum drying process. This approach not only enhances our understandingof the drying process but also contributes to the refinement of numerical modelingtechniques in the study of vacuum drying systems.
