Abstract
The article broadly examines the innovative development of the enterprise and its necessity. The innovative development of an enterprise is a multifaceted concept that has many uncertainties related to development. Sometimes they do not give successful results, which forces us to return to the initial stages of the study over and over again. These questions indicate the need for careful study of the methods of conducting the innovation process, paying special attention to the consideration of issues related to the introduction of innovations in production, since the success achieved in the implementation of innovative activities at the enterprise creates prerequisites for a decent image in the domestic and world markets, and also allows you to take competitive positions in them. In the conditions of modern operational competition, the main components of successful entrepreneurial activity are timely response to changes in the external environment, management of these changes, as well as the transformation of methods that distribute and specialize the work responsibilities of employees into methods of separation and optimization of production processes of the enterprise.
