How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The hotel business in Kazakhstan is one of the fastest growing sectors of the economy, which has a significant impact on society. Personnel risks are among the most complex and have a wide classification. The management of these risks includes the identification, assessment and control of all internal and external factors that can negatively affect the company’s activities. To analyze human resource management in the hotel sector, taking into account personnel risks, 131 employees of various management levels were interviewed. The results showed that strategic human resource management in the studied hotels is at a low level, which negatively affects working conditions, career prospects of employees and the achievement of strategic goals. To improve the situation, it is necessary to implement a human resource management system that includes a personnel risk management mechanism. The study highlights the need to eliminate the identified problems and develop strategies for managing personnel risks, as well as creating a typical profile of such risks for hotel companies. In conclusion, the study highlights the importance of removing the identified obstacles and implementing strategies to develop methodological and practical recommendations for personnel risk management, as well as to create a typical personnel risk profile for hotel companies. Practical recommendations aimed at solving these problems and improving the personnel risk management system will help prevent and minimize personnel risks in the hotel business.
