How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Currently, foreign cars use cast iron crankshafts, the restoration of which creates difficulties due to the peculiarities of high-strength cast iron. Therefore, the development of a method for restoring cast iron crankshafts of automobile engines is currently an urgent task. The solution of this problem will make it possible to improve highly efficient technologies for restoring crankshafts, as well as to expand the field of scientific knowledge on the theory and practice of using a surfacing method with high energy indicators. This article presents the technology of restoring worn-out necks of cast-iron crankshafts using an arc created from metal powders and 15 GSTYUCA wire, which ensures the wear resistance and strength of crankshaft necks. In addition, the results of metallographic studies of the structure of the deposited layer and the transition zone to the base metal of the necks of the restored shafts are given. A comprehensive check of the microstructure of the deposited metal and its strength characteristics was carried out.
