How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The work is devoted to the development of a system for diagnosing the technical condition of structural elements of overhead high-voltage power lines (HVPL). Methods for research and development of structural diagrams of systems for collecting and primary processing of information are based on a combination of experimental and descriptive methods, which will ensure the achievement of goals and scientific objectives. This paper defines the main directions of research and development for monitoring overhead power lines, develops methods for monitoring volumetric and surface leakage currents of high-voltage insulators, and presents the structure of the hardware of electrical energy converters for powering electronic units structurally located in the upper part of the overhead power line support. The materials of the work will form the basis for the construction, structure and technical solutions for a complex of remote monitoring of the condition of overhead transmission line structural elements.
